Laura Jean is a Brooklyn-based artist and music educator with extensive experience working with singers, songwriters and working artists.

Known for designing innovative, artist-centered curricula and fostering confidence, creativity and technical excellence in students of all ages and genres.

She holds a BFA in Vocal Performance from California Institute of the Arts with 16 years of teaching experience coupled with her multi-faceted working artist career as a vocalist, songwriter & instrumentalist.

She offers private lessons in voice, piano, guitar, theory and the songwriting craft (virtual & in-person in New York).
